This week I wanted to upgrade my i phone having had a 10 series that was beginning to fail in terms of the charging port and battery life. I liked the way that the Tech Giant team (a family business)worked with me to suggest an alternative that suited me. We looked at functionality, size and price range all in a way that worked for me. I am really pleased with the 16E that I have purchased which the Tech Giant team identified would see me through a few years. I had a problem getting Apple Car Play to load so I went back and one of the team popped out to the car and quickly sorted out the problem which was essentially one setting and needing a new cable. All working fine now. Thank you Tech Giant!
